Part 1Virtual team workshops booked online
For the $1,500 virtual workshop for up to 10 people, booked and paid through the online scheduler.
Payment
The full fee is paid by card at booking. Your session is confirmed once payment goes through.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once, at no charge, with at least 3 business days' notice, using the link in your confirmation email. The new date must fall within 90 days of the original session.
Cancellation
- 7 or more days before your session: full refund.
- Fewer than 7 days before: no refund, but you may move your session once to a new date within 90 days.
No-shows and late starts
If your team hasn't joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, the session counts as delivered and isn't refunded. Sessions that start late still end at the scheduled time.
Part 2Custom corporate programs
For in-person sessions, groups larger than 10, the Full Series Bundle, and any program scoped through a discovery call and written proposal.
Proposals
Your proposal lists the sessions, format, headcount, dates, and fees. Proposal pricing is valid for 30 days. If anything in your signed proposal differs from these terms, the proposal controls.
Deposit and payment
- A 50% deposit confirms your program and holds your date or dates.
- The remaining 50% is invoiced after your final session and is due within 15 days.
- I accept card, ACH, and check, and can work with purchase orders. A W-9 is available on request.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule each session once, at no charge, with at least 10 business days' notice. With less notice, I'll do my best to find a new date, and your deposit carries over, but any non-refundable travel costs already incurred for an in-person session are billed at cost.
Cancellation
| When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
| 30 or more days before your first session | Your deposit is refunded in full. |
| 14 to 29 days before | Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a new program date within 6 months. |
| Fewer than 14 days before | Your deposit is non-refundable. You won't be billed the balance for sessions that weren't delivered. |
Multi-session programs and bundles
All sessions in a bundle or series should be scheduled within 6 months of the first session. Sessions not used within that window expire.
Headcount
Pricing is based on the headcount in your proposal. Please confirm your final number at least 5 business days before each session. Adding attendees may adjust the fee, and I'll confirm any change with you in writing first.
In-person sessions
- Sessions within 50 miles of Midlothian, Virginia include travel.
- Beyond 50 miles, travel costs are billed at cost, and I'll get your approval of an estimate before booking anything.
- Your organization provides the room, a screen or projector, reliable Wi-Fi, and a laptop for each attendee.
Part 3Terms for all workshops
If I need to cancel
If I have to cancel a session, you choose: a full refund of what you paid for that session, or a new date that works for your team. If events outside anyone's control, such as severe weather, illness, or a platform outage, prevent a session, we'll reschedule at no cost to either of us.
Recording
Sessions are not recorded unless we agree otherwise in writing. This keeps the room candid.
