What happens during a strategy call?
Each call is 60 minutes and focused entirely on your priorities that month. We might review a workflow you’re building, tackle a specific AI challenge, plan your next implementation phase, or pressure-test a prompt system. You set the agenda. I bring the expertise.
How do prompt and workflow reviews work?
You submit your prompts, AI setups, or workflow descriptions via email between calls. I review them using the ROCK™ framework and send back specific, actionable feedback, usually within two business days. Think of it as having an expert editor for all your AI work.
What if I want to cancel after the 3-month minimum?
After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No penalties, no pressure, no awkward conversations. The 3-month minimum exists because real transformation takes more than one month, not to trap you.
Is the Starter tier right for a very small business or solo operator?
Yes, the Starter tier was designed specifically for solopreneurs and small business owners. Two strategy calls a month plus prompt reviews is more than enough to make meaningful progress. Many solo operators find this replaces hours of trial-and-error every month.
I’m not sure I’m ready for a retainer yet. What should I do?
Book a free discovery call. There’s no commitment and no pitch. We’ll talk through where you are with AI, what you’re trying to accomplish, and I’ll tell you honestly whether a retainer makes sense or if you’d be better served by a workshop or the AI Bootcamp first.
Do nonprofits get a different rate?
The Growth tier is positioned for nonprofits, starting at $2,500/month. For organizations with very limited budgets, reach out directly. There may be flexibility, especially in exchange for a case study or testimonial once we’ve worked together.
